The curriculum
The sequence is fixed. Every participant, in every organization, moves through the same structure. That is what makes outcomes comparable across cohorts and across institutions.
The measurement
Most formation programs report completion and satisfaction. This one is designed to report change, using methods that hold up when someone examines them.
Observable behavior is specified before anyone is measured, so results are not written after the fact to fit the outcome.
Every participant is measured before the program begins. Your baseline cannot be shaped by the content that follows it.
Outcomes are re-checked months after the cohort ends, which is where lasting change separates from a temporary lift.
Because the two views are captured independently, the gap between them is itself a finding. When that gap closes across a year, it indicates growing self-awareness, and it is very difficult to manufacture. Full methodology is shared with licensed partners.
What your license does
Individuals access the full pathway at no cost. That is not a promotion, it is the model. Institutional licensing carries the operating cost of the platform, which is what keeps the individual door open and free.
